4.1. Service prices are displayed on the website during checkout and may be shown in one or more currencies depending on your location and payment method.

4.2. Payments are accepted using bank cards and other available payment methods (such as Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay) via certified payment processors.

5.2. Where the website provides a status update or confirmation, it may be communicated to the Customer by email and/or via the website interface.

5.3. The Service does not guarantee a specific outcome beyond forwarding the request, as the performance of religious services is carried out by independent partner churches/organizations according to their own practices and schedules.

6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

6.1. Questions, complaints, and refund requests can be submitted to support@holymassrequest.com. To help us locate your transaction, please include your Order details and the email used at checkout.

6.2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service’s total liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the Customer for the relevant Order.

6.3. The Service is not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by factors outside the Service’s reasonable control, including but not limited to technical issues of third-party platforms, payment processors, or partner organizations.

7. Refund Policy

7.2. The Service will review refund requests and respond within a reasonable time, typically within 1–3 business days.

7.3. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank/payment provider and may take several business days.

7.4. Any non-refundable fees charged by payment processors (if applicable) may be deducted where permitted by applicable law and disclosed during the refund process.
